If only one user affected:

This is caused by corrupted files within the users temp folder on Windows. You need to delete everything from within the temp folder.

  1. Open File Explorer

  2. Type in '%TEMP%' in the folder path.

  3. Press the Ctrl+A keys.

  4. To delete everything, right-click and select Delete.

  5. Anything the system does not want to delete just click Skip for those items

  6. You will now need to run ClientSetup to recreate the FactoryMaster folder in the temporary directory. There is more information available about how to run ClientSetup.

  7. Reprint the document you were trying to print, which should work as expected.

If all users affected:

Please ask your IT to check the FactoryMaster Network folder size as RTF's can fail to print if the folder does not have enough space to write to.
