In order to do this, please follow the instructions below:
Open the relevant Crystal Report within the Crystal Report software
Select Database
Set datasource location
Change the datasource to the play database instance
If you are using Crystal Reports software version XI, please complete the following steps:
Launch Crystal Reports
Select File
Log on or Log off server
Expand create new connection
Double-click OLEDB(ADO)
Select SQL Native Client and click Next
Enter Data Source (server name)
Enter login credentials (e.g. username FMREPORTS, password: FMLX)
Select relevant database
Click Next and Finish
Expand DBO to see all the FactoryMaster database tables and views
