To set up the scheduled program for Job Costing so the system does this automatically, please do the following:
Go to the Options Menu
Select System Maintenance
Choose Scheduled Programs from the list.
Click Add in the bottom left of the window that appears.
Select Update Job Costing
click Add
Select the schedule required.
Then change the "Then again every... e.g. from 1 Month or 10 Minutes.
Click Exit
βNote: The schedule is set to run on or after a particular time/date. If somebody is logged onto the system at that time then it will run this job in computer idle time. If nobody is logged on then it will run it as soon as somebody does log on in their computer idle time.
