To change the data source location on a Crystal Report please do the following:
Open your Crystal Report in the Crystal Report Editor
Click Database
Click Set Datasource Location
Select your current connection
In the 'Replace with:' field click Create New Connection
Select the connection type you require and log in
Once the details are populated click Update
Click Close
