Show Text Fields on the Sales Order Book Export

We have noticed Text Field columns on the Sales Order Book export, how do we populate them?

To enter Text Fields against the stocked parts on the Sales Order Book export, please do the following:

  1. Go to Stock

  2. Go to Stocked Parts Menu

  3. Go to Stocked Parts Maintenance

  4. Go to the Detail tab

  5. Press F5 on the Additional Fields column

  6. Enter in the required information in Text Fields as required

  7. Click OK
