How to automatically import my operations on a route and onto a quote

To automatically import your Operations on a Route onto a Quote, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Options

  2. Click into System Maintenance.

  3. Click System Settings

  4. Click into General System Settings.

  5. Click Control File then search for 'QUOTE_CREATE_BLANK_IMP_ROUTE',

  6. Click Enter.

  7. Press Ctrl + M to enter modify mode.

  8. Within the 'Value' column select 'Quoted Part Only' to automatically import Operations for the parts on the quote. Select 'All MA Parts' to automatically import Operation information for all MA parts.

  9. Click Exit.

Once you have followed all steps successfully, the route operations should now be imported onto your quote.
