Reset my Password link from Access Hosted Gateway not loading (Access Hosted Client)

As an Access Hosted Client when changing our CLOUD password browsing to the https://changemypassword.accessacloud.com/showLogin.cc website does not work or we are prompted with a Service Unavailable error in the page.

In the first instance, please try refreshing the page as that can sometimes solve the problem.

The next thing to check would be your outgoing network connection to be sure this is not an isolated incident affecting just one person, due to issues with a VPN connection or other internal infrastructure issues.

The easiest way to check this would be to ask a colleague who is on the same network as yourself to try from their PC.
​
If this is still slow to respond or timing out when trying to get to the website, but other websites on the internet are working ok then please speak with your IT team in the first instance, to check there are no blocks in your companies firewall rules or other issues affecting this site.

Once all things have been checked and it's confirmed that it's not an internal issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user affected.
