The email body template is not pulling through to the email when using the Generic email type

We have recently moved to hosting, when sending emails the body/RTF template is being ignored resulting in a blank email. Why is this?

If your RTF email template is not pulling through to the final email, please do the following:

  1. Click Options

  2. Click User Access

  3. Press F5 on your user name

  4. Click Setup Email Template

  5. Click Edit Template

  6. Enter the following tag '[MG_BODY]' within the template and click Save. This will now pull through the body of the email using your RTF template.
