This is a known issue which has been resolved starting with the 20.20 version of FactoryMaster. Please upgrade your system to the latest General Release in order to resolve this.
Unable to change the Crystal Report template for Pallet Labels
Once I select a default Crystal Report template for Pallet Labels, the system will not allow me to change it and it will automatically print labels using the default template.
