Stopping users from deleting Purchase Orders

Is there a way to stop people from deleting purchase orders?

In order to restrict employees from deleting Purchase Orders, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Click Options.

  2. Click User Access.

  3. Click Assign Access Codes.

  4. Find Purchase Order Entry.

  5. Untick the Delete box.
