If the 'Company Sales, Purchase and Works Orders overview' dashboard shows black bars for rejects with really high values. The other bars (yellow, red and green) show the correct number of line figures for sales order, purchase order and works order lines. The information below can help you resolve this.

What can I do to resolve the misleading bar chart issue?

You can create a new HTML file and copy the tags and SQL from the original HTML file to create a new 'Company Sales, Purchase and Works Orders overview' dashboard, with a new label Rejects Total Qty. When you hover over the black bar, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select System Maintenance.

  2. System Settings.

  3. General System Settings.

  4. HTML Document Settings (2nd page).

  5. The 'Company Sales, Purchase and Works Orders overview' dashboard is in blue and cannot be edited from the live file. But you can take a copy and make the source one 'on hold', so it no longer appears in the drop-down.

  6. Press F5 on the description and select the 'merge file' tab, which shows the source HTML page:

  7. Click on the folder icon to open the folder

  8. Make a copy of the source file and rename it.

  9. Within that new copy, you will have to find and update the column title.

  10. In the HTML source, you should be able to see the graph titles and change them however you like.

  11. Add the tags and SQL from the original dashboard to the new one

  12. Just make sure you have selected the new HTML template in the drop-down and it will appear in the preview window.

  13. Then make that copy active and the previous one on hold
