Create two of the same suppliers on FM and have one set to one required currency and the other set to a different currency. The suppliers would need to be clearly marked as unique. For example, Supplier 1 (£) and the second could be named like: Supplier 1($).
If something goes wrong you would have to maintain the data or if something went wrong in terms of audits. We would highly recommend testing this on your play system.
