How to get a Route Card printed quickly

To get a Route Card printed quickly, choose a different document style. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Options.

  2. Click System Maintenance.

  3. Click Document Layouts.

  4. Click Document Layouts again.

  5. Change the 'Document Style' for Route Card away from '999 - Crystal Reports'.

  6. In the 'Test Document Number > ' column, type the correct WO number.

  7. Click on Test.

  8. Check if that is okay and, if not, go back to step 5.

  9. When a suitable style has been found, change the Document Style back to '999 - Crystal Reports'.
