Error - 'Transactions could not be imported as they do not reference valid works order operations'

When trying to import works orders from Orchestrate to FactoryMaster I am receiving this error: 3 Transactions could not be imported as they do not reference valid works order operations

Resynching the two systems will resolve the issue. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Log into Orchestrate and run the import

  2. archive the completed tasks

  3. save the plan

  4. In Factorymaster, select Production

  5. Schedule Works Orders

  6. click Import from Orchestrate

  7. the data import completed fine.
