How to cancel a FAIR

I have accidentally entered an incorrect part onto my FAIR and i am unable to delete it. How can i cancel a FAIR?

To cancel a FAIR please do the following:

  1. Click Quality

  2. Click Customer Quality or Supplier Quality for the FAIR type you want to cancel

  3. Click on Customer F.A.I.R. or Supplier F.A.I.R.

  4. Press F5 on your log number

  5. In the 'Status' field, click on the drop-down menu and select 'Cancelled'

  6. Enter any necessary notes and click OK
