I cannot upgrade the application due to the following error message:- Password validation failed. The password does not meet the requirements of the password filter DLL

Please ask your IT department to amend the default domain group policy, from the server, to have the minimum password length to 10 characters:

  1. Expand Account Policies

  2. Password policy

  3. Click into Minimum Password Length

  4. Enter 10 into Password must be at least:

  5. Click OK

If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
