Unfortunately the system cannot currently cap purchase order quantities. The FactoryMaster ideas portal will reopen on the 6th April 2023. A customer is going to raise this has an idea. The FactoryMaster product and development team will assess the idea.
Limit purchase order quantity allocations from MRP transactions
When ordering on the MRP against plans they are all grouped in large quantities for one day per month and then when the orders come in they are split down to the exact amount required on each order and all different customer delivery dates
