How to set a Minimum Call-Off value against a customer?

I am receiving a pop up stating that the customer has a 'minimum call-off value', where is this set?

To add or amend the Minimum Call-Off Value for a customer group, please do the following:

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Customer Maintenance

  3. Select the customer required

  4. Press Ctrl + M to enter modify mode

  5. Press F5 in the 'Customer Group' field

  6. Here you will see a list of customer groups, if you need to create a new group press F4 and enter the group code

  7. Enter the 'Minimum Calloff Value' and click OK
