How to change the Primary System for Synchronisation?

I need to synchronise my customers with Sage, how can i do this?

The 'Primary System' setting defines which software controls the data. If Dimensions or Sage for example is set to be the 'Primary System' the information in FactoryMaster will be updated by the chosen accounting package.

To define the 'Primary System' follow the below steps:

  1. In FactoryMaster, click Options

  2. Click System Maintenance

  3. Click System Settings

  4. Click GENERAL System Settings

  5. Click Accounting Package Details

  6. Pick the account package i.e. SAGE

In here, you can change the 'Primary System' for 'Customers', 'Customer Status' and 'Suppliers' by clicking the respective '...' button.
