Raising customer after-sales logs

I need to raise a reject, how do I do this? How can I raise a credit note for a delivery that has already been invoiced?

  8. Press F5 in Sub-Category Code

  9. Select appropriate code, Search Sales by either:

    1. Delivery Note Number

    2. Release Note Number

    3. Serial Number

  10. In this example, a delivery note number is searched or specified

  11. Fill in optional 'Customer Reference' and 'Employee Responsible' box

  12. Press Next

  13. Select 'Sales Order No.' to reject

  14. Press Next

  15. Specify Quantity to reject

  16. Specify if it is for scrap or return, by selecting either 'Scrapping the stock themselves' or 'Returning Stock to you'

  18. Specify Location to return to by either pressing F5 and searching location or manually keying in location

  24. Select 'Add requirement for replacement stock onto sales order' if required, in this example it is needed.

  25. It will then provide you with an internal reject number

  26. If this item was already invoiced, a credit note will also be produced, upon the completion of the above process.
