Everybody is logged into FactoryMaster (FM), preventing the company folder file path from being amended. Make sure everybody is logged out of FM and then you can amend the file path within the SAGE connection settings window and resolve the error.
Error - 'test connection failed integration error there was a BadDataPath error'
When trying to test the connection to SAGE I receive the following error:- There was a BadDataPath error whilst trying to post a customer. Invalid data path. Please check your connection settings.
