This issue was most likely cause due to a drop in connection as it would have processed the batch creation twice. Your goods in colleagues maybe at another site and use a remote connection to use FactoryMaster. You may need to liaise with your IT colleagues to improve the infrastructure.
A workaround is to other Issue out the stock to the 'Booking Issue' location, to remove it from being available in the system.
Double goods in entries when receipting same part for same order
Double batches created when booking orders. When booking in stock into the system, it has created 2 entries of stock for 1 order in the batch window.
