SC21 customer delivery metrics do not update from the window

This article explains an issue where SC21 customer delivery metrics do not refresh in FactoryMaster after updates are made. It outlines what the metrics window relies on to update correctly and when support assistance may be required.

  1. Click Sales.

  2. Click Customer Maintenance.

  3. Then click Deliveries.

  4. Press Ctrl + M keys to enter modify mode.

  5. Select the Monitor Performance check box.

  6. Click View Statistics.

  7. Click SC21 Customer Delivery Metrics.

  8. Select the relevant customer and click Preview.
