Delete the specified folder zRollback. If this folder cannot be deleted, check to see if the file stopping the folder from being deleted is open in task manager. If there are no processes running, rename this folder and then the upgrade will complete. 

Cannot delete backup directory:

E:\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\zRollback

please delete the E:\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\zRollback folder and re-run the upgrade
