Unexpected Error occurs when exporting a report to a CSV file

Please check that Microsoft Excel is installed on the local machine FactoryMaster is running on. If you're running FactoryMaster through a RDP session or Terminal Service the system running FactoryMaster must also have Microsoft Excel installed.

🤓Tip: This error occurs if the 'Open CSV file?' tickbox is enabled. If you untick this option the CSV is still created but it won't open on the system.
