When you tick both options save to PDF and send via email (e.g. after clicking quote letter button from quote maintenance), the email then generates with the two attachments fine. Also, check your PC contains the latest Windows updates and Security updates.
A alternative solution is to tick create PDF and send via email as default. Please complete the following steps:
Select Options
Select System Maintenance
Select Document Layouts
Select relevant document type e.g. Quote Letter
Select Output Defaults
Zoom in by pressing F5
Tick create PDF
Tick Send Via Email
So now when you click Quote Letter, the quote PDF attaches to the generated email automatically. If the above does not work, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
There isn't currently a preview button for the Movement Note Maintenance window for the actual Movement Note. You can preview the Report though. Our product team are assessing this idea for future versions of FactoryMaster.
A workaround is to complete the following steps:
Select Options
Select System Maintenance
Select Document Layouts
Select relevant document type i.e. Movement Note
Click into empty cell under column Test Document Number and press F5 to zoom in
Select relevant Movement Note and click Select
Click Test
Click Email
