Not receiving Cloud password reset emails (Access Hosted Clients)

I am using the Change My Password web address but I do not receive any emails to reset my password I am not receiving automatic emails regarding the hosting password nearing its expiration

Please ask your onsite IT or third party IT to amend the email spam filter to allow hosted Cloud password reset emails to be received onsite from client PC's.

Also, please check the Cloud password reset email, [email protected], has been whitelisted on your firewall.

Alternatively, if the password reset emails are still not received, then please raise a support ticket online and reference the title of this article.
