How to reset user password

How can I change my password? My user has forgotten their password, how can I change it?

Note: users will need access to the ‘User Access’ menu to do this. If you are unable to access User Access you will need to speak to your FactoryMaster administrator and ask them to change this.

  1. From the Main Menu, click Options.

  2. Click User Access.

  3. Find the user to change the password for and press F5 on their ‘Login Name’.

  4. Click Amend next to ‘Password’.

  5. Enter the new password and confirm the new password.

  6. Click OK.
