Error: Failed to connect to ADM when trying to upload documents to purchase orders or sales orders (Access Hosted Clients)

When trying to upload a Sales Order Acknowledgement to ADM we receive error: The file could not be uploaded due to the following error: Failed to connect to ADM. Since we have migrated to cloud environment can't attach PDF documents to purchase orders.

If you are receiving this error, please test the connection to ADM using the following steps:

  1. Within FactoryMaster, select Options then click User Access.

  2. Press F5 on your user account then click ADM Login.

  3. Click Test Connection.

Note:- the ADM login credentials may be missing and require inputting for the relevant user account.

If you receive the following error message it is likely that your password has recently been reset and needs to be updated:
​"Connection Test Failed: "Unauthorized" "Invalid Username/Password"
​
To change your ADM password, please complete the following steps:

  1. Launch Workspace and click Forgot Password

  2. Reset the password

  3. Within FactoryMaster, select Options then click User Access.

  4. Press F5 on your user account then click ADM Login.

  5. Enter your new password in the 'Password' box.

  6. Click Test Connection then click Save.
