When you log into your Cloud account, you must use the same login credentials to log into the RemoteApp RDP session. For example, check the start of the username contains the correct account code:-

The first time you enter the login credentials into the RDP (Remote Desktop Connection) window, you may have to enter the cloud domain name:

CLOUD\ORC001John.Doe
If you continue to receive the error, reset your Cloud password.

If you are using a desktop shortcut, the connection details may be outdated. Please copy the shortcut from a colleague's PC desktop and paste to your desktop.
