Error - 'This computer can't connect to the remote computer' (Access Hosted Clients)

I cannot launch the application from the shortcut, due to the following error:- This computer can't connect to the remote computer. Try connecting again. If the problem persists, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator.

There is a outage on the RDS server and it needs rebooting by our hosting team. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
