The new version of the magic engine requires an updated version of the MSOLEDBSQL driver. When launching the application a prompt to install the driver will be launched. Please ensure that all users have installed the updated package as the system cannot run without the updated driver and will exit if it is not detected.
The installer needs to be run manually and is located in: C:\FactoryMaster\FMASTXX\ClientSetup\Other\msoledbsql_18.3.0.0_x64.msi (64bit).
A 32bit version of the installer is also available in the same location.
Error - 'A required Database Driver version was not detected'
After upgrading my Play system to the 20 series, I am receiving the following error message: A required Database Driver version was not detected and I am unable to open the application.
