This is a known error within FactoryMaster that happens when editing a Purchase Order. The solution to this error is to make sure every user is logged out of the system.
To do this, click Options
Then click Who’s On The System?
Here you can see who is currently logged on and is therefore required to log out of the system
Click File and then click Exit System
Now that every user is logged out you can log back in and resume editing your Purchase Order
If you are using our hosted servers, all the sessions may not fully disconnect unless we end the session from the RDS server. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Internal solution:
Log into the relevant RDS server and complete the following steps:-
Right-click the bottom banner on the desk and select task manager
select users tab
select relevant user and click Sign Out
