Note: Before closing FactoryMaster by using Task Manager, try using the F2 key as well as the ESC key to try and exit the screen.
β
If neither of these keys works then do the following:
Use either CTRL+ALT+DEL or right-click on your computer taskbar and select Task Manager. Both methods will result in the Task Manager window opening.
Click on the Magic xpa Runtime Engine entry and click End task.
There may be a prompt message box asking if you are sure if so, click OK.
The 'Magic xpa Runtime Engine' entry should appear as 'Suspended' before closing down and this will close FactoryMaster.
The user account may still be logged in from the application or database server, in which case, you will have to log into the relevant server and then complete the above steps.
