FactoryMaster: Forgotten password for cloud (Access Hosted Clients)

I cannot log in to my hosted area as I have forgotten my password. I can't log in to factory master as my password is coming up as incorrect.

You can reset your password yourself by visiting this page. Once here do the following:

  1. Click Reset Password

  2. Type in your username (e.g Joe.Bloggs)

  3. Make sure Domain Name is CLOUD

  4. Click Continue

  5. Confirm where you would like to receive your verification code

  6. Type in the security code on screen

  7. Click Continue

You will now receive an email with a link to reset your password
