How to find the SQL Data View Fields

We require a list of SQL fields, how can we find these?

To find the SQL Data View Fields please complete the following:

  1. Click General

  2. Click User Data View Definitions

  3. Expand any of the modules given for a list of existing Views for that module

  4. Click on any View you want to check the contents of and click View

All of the fields contained in the View will now be shown, as well as their 'Type', 'Mask' and how they are joined to the View. Users can click Print to print the field list for reference.

The views you require start with vFM not v.

For example, views vFM_SALES_ORDER_HEADER to vFM_CONTACTS are required to obtain the Delivery Contact information.

Which view displays company details:-

  1. Select General

  2. User Data View Definitions

  3. expand System

  4. Click Company details

  5. Click view.
