If you would like to suggest an idea in order to improve FactoryMaster, please raise this on the Ideas Portal. With the release of FactoryMaster 20.18, the FactoryMaster ideas portal has been reopened.
Ideas can be voted on by other customers and will be reviewed by the Product Team. We always want to hear what customers have to say about the product. This will really help us understand the problems that our customers are facing and can give us guidance on what needs to be prioritised on the roadmap.
However, if you would like to receive a quote for a particular system modification, please raise a new support ticket on the Customer Portal and you will be provided with a Change Enhancement Request form that you will need to complete and re-attach to the support ticket. This will then be raised with our Product Team to assess its feasibility and they will provide a quote.
How to suggest improvements for future releases?
My query is a product limitation, what can be done about this? I want to raise an idea but I don't know how? I require a quote for a system modification, how can I receive this?
