We do not make amendments or write crystal reports in Support as it is not part of the support contract. If you would like a crystal report writing or amending, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, and support will arrange for the consultancy team to get in touch.
You can also log a case with us to arrange some training to allow you to write your own crystal reports on-site.

You can access this by:
Going to your Support portal
Scroll down and click on View All Services then select FactoryMaster
Under the Service Type menu, select Analytics/Reporting
Click on Crystal Reporting - new report or document
